items. We will exchange the item for the same item or a different item. At
this time, we do not offer gift cards for exchanges if the exchanged item

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date.
Estimated shipping dates are just that, ESTIMATES! Estimated shipping dates
may change depending bad weather conditions, holiday scheduling, shipping
delays by carriers, and/or the vendor. You will be notified via email when
there is a delay.
All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Clients
will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are
treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are
completed with an order #.
